Who Are We Looking For
Vestwell is looking for a Desktop Support Senior Associate to work with our CorpIT team to manage and optimize our corporate IT processes as well as repair any technology issues within our Austin office. Additionally this user would help with remote technical issues for our remote staff as well as remote support for other office locations. This role will be responsible for adherence to policies in our hardware setup for employees and new hires as well as engineering and administering access. This role plays a key role working with CorpIt DevOps Security and other teams.
This role will be based on-site at Vestwells offices in Austin Texas.
What Will You Be Doing
- Manage and implement optimizations to automate day to day corporate IT tasks
- Handle break/fix of end-user technical issues
- Mac endpoint management through JAMF
- Manage and follow-up with any applicable tickets
Requirements
The Necessities
- Demonstrated ability to proactively prioritize organize and communicate effectively in a high-growth fast-paced environment
- Experience working in Mac environment
- Experience in administering MacOS environments
The Extras
- Experience with mobile phone management
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking including subnetting DHCP DNS access lists static routing
The expected salary range for this position is $75K-90K for Austin.
