For social robots the time is now: they are no longer science fiction. All over the world in universities research labs schools hospitals airports shops offices hotels and more social robots are being explored and deployed today to help people lead better lives support employees delight customers and add value to businesses as well as provide new insights to researchers. Humans are entering a new era where interacting with machines in the most natural ways is becoming normal. But its still early days in this revolution. The rules are still being written and the road ahead is wide open. Furhat Robotics has established itself as a global leader in telling the story of social robotics and this is where you come in.
We are looking for an AI Marketing Lead with a passion for using cutting-edge AI tools to drive every aspect of our marketing strategy. Youll be working autonomously using your expertise in AI agents automation and optimization to lead our marketing initiatives with minimal supervision. This is a role for a highly independent self-startersomeone who thrives in an environment where they can take ownership experiment and constantly iterate on their work to deliver results.
In this role you will be the architect of our AI-powered marketing engine. Youll use AI agents to automate tasks GEO optimization to target the right audience at the right time and leverage LLM reasoning to analyze ICP fit and refine content across channels. Your independence will be key as youll work closely with the customer success sales and product teams to align on goals and integrate insights but youll be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns on your own.

Responsibilities
As the AI Marketing Lead you will:
- Work independently to drive traffic and engagement across digital marketing channels using AI-powered tools to generate leads enhance conversions and build brand growth
- Leverage AI agents to automate and personalize lead generation across platforms scaling outreach efforts while maintaining a high level of personalization
- Use GEO optimization techniques to ensure our marketing campaigns are precisely targeted to local audiences driving higher engagement and relevance
- Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) for evaluating ICP fit optimizing content and ensuring that our messaging resonates with the right audience across all digital channels
- Experiment with and continuously optimize marketing campaigns using AI-powered tools to improve performance and maximize return on investment
- Analyze data from prospects and customers using AI insights to adapt marketing strategies and improve customer acquisition engagement and retention
- Manage the digital marketing budget independently across AI-driven platforms ensuring the most efficient use of resources
- Take full ownership of campaigns and initiatives applying AI to maximize their efficiency and impact
- Support event planning and execution all with a data-driven autonomous approach
