Job Description
As Financial Analyst you will provide analytical insight and improvement scenarios on Customer profitability (on GP and EBIT Level) & Customer performance against Sales targets.
Other key tasks:
Provide analytical insights that ensure qualitative Commercial content in MOS.
Track performance against network selling targets.
Support ComEx lead with detailed performance deck and drive actions
Provide financial data supporting the commercial and vertical strategy
Be the growth partner with regional and Central Commercial Excellence Sales Operations and the Finance teams as well as liaising with Regional FBPs
Opportunity and pipeline management: Provide forward looking analysis on the Sales Pipeline and drive discussions on same
Cost of Sales and Sales productivity performance driving Sales Standards Productivity training programs monitoring effectiveness of SIP schemes.
Define requirements and identify data needs across geographies and functions to strengthen and improve collaboration
This role needs to work with peers across Global FPNA teams Commercial as well as Senior Management as a sparring partner. Role should support the decision-making process by providing value-added analysis financial management information deep dive analysis performance management reporting and financial planning.
The financial analysis must be supported by efficient and clear communication to stakeholders and decision makers.
Financial Business Partnering includes roles that provide dedicated financial support and advisory to business units to help drive growth profitability and operational efficiency. Finance Business Partners work closely with business leaders providing consulting and coaching and insights to drive business decision making and performance.
Professional stream includes those who are individual contributors with main emphasis on applying technical/discipline knowledge rather than managing people to achieve results although coaching/mentoring less experienced staff informal supervisory responsibilities or overseeing work of other lower level professionals or manage processes and program are common.
Individual work ranges from setting objectives and delivering on own work responsibilities to being a leading expert within a given field and influencing long term tactical decisions of the organization.
Progression within this stream reflects increasing depth of professional knowledge project management capability and the ability to influence others.
A colleague at this level works independently within defined boundaries and guidelines in a specific area but will need supervision and support on more complex tasks. Knowledge is required for the application of practical methods and techniques work procedures and processes.
Solutioning is through a choice between known alternatives within the area of expertise and the leader will evaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness of the solution.
The job requires previous work experience in a related area or practical knowledge obtained via advanced education.
Leaders at this level manage employees day-to-day and set priorities to ensure task completion.
