Are you excited to join a dynamic team driving the future of private health insurance productsGMHBA is looking for a Portfolio Assistant to join our Product and Commercial team.
About the role:
Join GMHBA as Portfolio Assistant and help manage and optimise our health insurance products. Youll work closely with teams to support product strategy compliance and performance analysisensuring we deliver the best for our members and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support product development and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities
- Monitor compliance and manage risk
- Analyse product performance and market trends
Skills And Experiences
About You:
- Experienced communicator who can engage diverse audiences and convey ideas clearly
- Skilled in HAMBS and proficient in analytical tools like Excel
- Knowledgeable in consumer research and segmentation
- Strong stakeholder management skills comfortable working across all organisational levels
- Ideally you have experience in Private Health Insurance or financial services and Agile environments
- Great attention to detail and passion for process improvement
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
