Job Description
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Full-Time (2nd Shift 3p-11p)
The Village at Brookwood part of The WellSpring Group of Greensboro NC is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing exceptional services that enhance the lives of older adults. Our community offers a full continuum of care including independent living assisted living skilled nursing and memory care.
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team on the 2nd shift (3:00 p.m.11:00 p.m.). As a CNA you will provide high-quality hands-on care and support to our residents ensuring their safety comfort and well-being in accordance with state regulations and facility standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct resident care including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming mobility and feeding.
Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
Monitor and report changes in residents physical or emotional condition to the Charge Nurse or Supervisor.
Accurately document care and services provided in the electronic health record.
Assist with maintaining a clean safe and supportive environment for residents.
Follow all infection control guidelines safety protocols and organizational policies.
Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and other team members to ensure seamless resident care.
Qualifications
Completion of an approved Nurse Aide Training program.
Current listing in good standing on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry.
Ability to read write and follow verbal and written instructions.
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for working with older adults.
Must successfully complete a criminal background check drug screening and employment verification.
