Your role:
Were looking for adynamic Senior Talent Development Professional (TDP)to lead the design and delivery of high-impact learning experiences that elevate performance and drive business successespecially in Sales. If youre passionate about adult learning skilled in facilitation and thrive in fast-paced environments this is your opportunity to make a measurable difference.
Facilitate engaging learning experiencesacross in-person virtual and hybrid formatsfrom one-hour sessions to multi-day programs.
Coach learnersto apply new skills on the job reinforcing knowledge and driving performance improvement.
Design and enhance training programsand materials that align with business goals and boost employee engagement.
Measure learning effectivenessusing data and feedback to continuously improve programs and outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionallywith internal stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and develop impactful content.
Manage logisticsincluding course registration scheduling classroom setup and learner communications.
Stay ahead of trendsin talent development and leadership by researching and applying best practices.
Seasoned professional individual contributor that works independently with limited supervision.
May manage projects/processes.
Problems faced are difficult and often complex.
Provides solutions to a variety of complex technical and business matters.
Will champion significant projects programs and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity.
Incumbents provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in his/her area of specialization.
Generally free to determine work priorities based on general direction from managers.
Specialist in technical or business skills.Individuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations.
What you bring to the role:
Bachelors degree in education HR Organizational Development or related field or a equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Minimum 5 years functional experience in learning and development including a minimum of 3 years experience in sales or delivering sales-focused learning programs with measurable business impact.
Ability to make significant contribution to processes and systems.
Proven ability tocommunicate and connectwith learners at all levelsfrom frontline team members to senior leaders.
Strongfacilitation and presentation skillswith a track record of delivering engaging results-driven training.
Experience insales enablementor delivering sales-focused learning programs with measurable business impact.
Knowledge ofadult learning principlesand instructional design methodologies (e.g. ADDIE SAM).
Ability toanalyze performance gapsand provide targeted coaching and support.
Skilled inprogram coordination including scheduling logistics and learner engagement.
Preferred: Experience withinstructional designcontent development andlearning management systems (LMS).

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $93000.00 - $158100.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
