An ideal candidate will be able to provide instructional support managestudent behaviors collect accurate data collaborate with colleagues accept feedbackcommunicate clearly in writing and in conversation maintain confidentiality and professionalismand have a willingness to :1. Have a belief that all individuals can learn and deserve every opportunity to be involved intheir community be able to work with students one on one and in groups.3. Must be able to collaborate with colleagues listen to feedback and make changes to yourapproach to students/situations as directed.4. High School Diploma required; College degree and/or paraprofessional certification preferred.5.
