The HR Generalist will be supporting day-to-day HR operations ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role involves a mix of administrative and strategic responsibilities including recruitment onboarding employee relations and performance management.
Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 24 years minimum experience in an HR role preferably as a generalist.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal organizational and communication skills.
- 2 years minimum of talent acquisition experience.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with multi-site operations and remote workforce support.

Requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organizations facilities.
