- Support high-impact projects utilized in decision-making across the organization
- Analyze and reconcile complex billing and enrollment data from multiple sources to identify trends gaps and opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance operations and technology teams to drive process improvement
- Develop clear actionable insights and present findings to key stakeholders
- Manage timelines deliverables and communications across various projects
About the Team:
We are a tight-knit team that utilizes innovative thinking and collaboration to deliver results. Our work directly supports the Billing and Revenue Cycle Management and Enrollment Services teams within Health & Wellness Payer Relations.
What Youll Bring:
- Ability to manage projects and influence cross-functional teams
- Experience in contract review business strategy and/ or data interpretation
- Curiosity and adaptability to new technologies (for example AI)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint
- Experience with financial modeling and complex problem solving preferred
- Bachelors degree in business finance economics or a related field
- OR 2 years of experience in finance operations project management analytics or related field
