What Youll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for technical support;
• Provide assistance with the configuration setup maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems hardware and software;
• Support internal IT initiatives and special projects assigned by the IT Manager;
• Train and support users at varying technical levels;
• Draft edit and maintain user training materials and documentation;
• Analyze common technical issues and offer recommendations for continuous improvement;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective IT operations;
• Perform administrative functions and other duties as needed;
• Other duties as assigned.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering MIS or equivalent experience;
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience is required with two (2) to five (5) years of experience strongly preferred;
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure;
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy;
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical team members and users;
• Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Your Schedule and The Fine Print

• Full-time position following a standard Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts;
• Occasional overtime may be required to support business priorities and deadlines;
• On-call availability required in order to provide after-hours support as needed;
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for business needs typically less than 10%.
