Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist
Location: GOLDLEAF Annapolis MD
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00 per hour

This key role ensures the accurate and efficient processing of online and phone orders while maintaining a clean organized and well-audited fulfillment station.
Position Overview
As a Fulfillment Specialist you will be responsible for preparing and packaging customer orders managing order flow across multiple platforms and supporting the transfer of inventory from the vault to the fulfillment station. This position requires strong attention to detail a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-driven environment. Youll also contribute to product audits and deliver excellent customer service both over the phone and in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Phone Orders & Communication: Answer incoming calls assist guests with placing orders and transfer calls to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately prepare package and deliver orders for timely customer pickup.
- Inventory Coordination: Work with Vault Specialists to restock the fulfillment station and assist with ongoing inventory counts.
- Platform Oversight: Monitor and manage orders across multiple digital platforms to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a clear understanding of inventory and store layout to ensure efficiency in order preparation.
- System Management: Utilize Dutchie POS and to manage stock levels and communicate inventory needs to the Operations Management and the vault.
- Customer Communication: Notify customers when orders are ready and assist with in-person questions or concerns.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with colleagues and leadership to support smooth daily operations and workflow.
- Audit Support: Assist with regular product audits to ensure accuracy and compliance within your station.
- General Operations: Support the broader needs of the dispensary with additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Availability: Open availability between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM including weekdays weekends and most holidays. (Schedules are based on business needs; schedule restrictions are limited.)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background screening if hired.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a fast-paced retail fulfillment or customer service environment.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail time management organization and communication skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand walk and navigate stairs for extended periods; lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
