Description of role:
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality and Compliance Executive to join TWI Certification Ltd (TWI Cert). Their role will be to ensure that TWI Cert continues to operate and maintain their global position as a market leader for certification services.
Reporting to the Quality Manager this role will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the QMS as well as other documentation integral to the certification process. Additionally this role will be leading on key compliance aspects such as risk management and investigating and resolving complaints and appeals.
A focal point will also be the management of TWI Certs expanding audit activities - both internally and externally - ensuring the business meets its commitment to continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory requirements.
The successful individual must be comfortable working independently able to work to instruction and deadlines while seeking assistance from Line Management and their peers as needed.

This position will require regular travel both in the UK and abroad.
