Reporting to the Property Services Manager you will assess and provide expert advice in relation to a wide range of property management matters including land acquisition disposal leasing / licensing easements planning and development encroachments detailed tenure assessment land resumptions and have an in-depth understanding of cultural heritage and native title assessment considerations.
Using your highly developed reasoning skills you will analyse complex property management and land tenure matters and develop strategies to support risk and compliance management. You will also deliver effective and efficient management of Sunwaters property portfolio to ensure consistency with required state and federal government requirements.

We are seeking an experienced property professional with 7 years experience in similar role with the ability to provide recommendations to support key decision-making and strategic planning. You will have practical experience in property and tenure management for large diverse property portfolios and have a high level of communication and interpersonal skills.
