Job Description

The applicant selected for this role will work on ground at an office location in Dallas Texas / Evansville Indiana or Arvada Colorado.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The primary duties of the Data Quality Analyst include but are not limited to the following: 1) Develop data entry templates for projects based on test plans and/or proposals. This includes ensuring correct limits and calculations are entered prior to field use of template; ensuring that example calculations are setup for unique/manipulated test calculations; and communicating with project managers and field team leaders on projects; 2) Conduct data quality analysis of field data. This includes verifying manual data entry where appropriate validating calculations confirming correct limits have been applied and ensuring data is formatted for reporting; and 3) Be available for technical support for field teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively (Primarily internally Regional Managers Operations Manager Analytical Services Report writers and managers Project Managers and Project Scientists)
  • Maintain a professional appearance and behavior

  • Flexibility: Must be available to work outside normal work hours to complete projects
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task while remaining focused on all tasks.
  • Ability to submit timesheets and expense reports on time

  • Successfully adheres to Health and Safety Program Manual
  • Demonstrates ability to work safely in office

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma required. AS or BS degree preferred (Science and Engineering related fields ideal)
  • Computer skills. Proficient skill level of Microsoft Office Suite. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access.
  • Working knowledge of 40 CFR 60 App. A Methods 1-5 6C 7E 10 23 25A 26A 29 30B 202
  • Working knowledge of 40 CFR 60 App. B Performance Specification 2
  • Must be able to travel to other locations as required (less than 5% travel)
  • Attention to detail.

    In compliance with applicable Pay Transparency laws Alliance Technical Group provides a range of compensation for job postings within locations that have these requirements. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.

    The pay range for this entry-level role is $20-$23 per hour (DOE)
