Shift: Mon - Fri
7am - 4pm

Job Description:
Seeking a Safety and Training Coordinator to develop implement and manage safety programs and employee training initiatives. This role ensures compliance with OSHA FAA and industry regulations while promoting a culture of safety and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct safety audits inspections and incident investigations.
-Maintain safety records and ensure regulatory compliance.
-Coordinate and track employee training and certifications.
-Develop training materials and facilitate onboarding and safety sessions.
-Support emergency preparedness and safety drills.
Qualifications:
-3 years of experience in safety and/or training coordination.
-Knowledge of OSHA standards; FAA/DoD experience a plus.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Proficient with MS Office and training tracking system.
