What Youll Be Doing
- Leading biomechanical and biomaterials research initiatives across new product development
- Designing and overseeing physical product testing fixture development and test protocols
- Managing a high-performing team including hiring and talent development
- Evaluating new materials and technologies for product innovation
- Reporting progress to senior leadership and driving strategic research priorities
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Hold a Masters degree (PhD preferred) in biomedical or related science
- Bring expertise in joint biomechanics and polymer testing
- Confidently assess new product feasibility both technically and financially
- Comfortable collaborating across engineering regulatory and QA teams
