Job Description Summary
Focus on projects/process improvement to ensure that processes and products are designed with appropriate quality measurement systems. Minimize risk of poor quality. (eg-Master Black Belt and Black Belt). Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the marketJob Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Certified or in process of certification Lean Six Sigma (BB / MBB). Lead improvement projects with a goal of enhanced performance.
- Developing specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest functional developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development and ensures delivery within area of responsibility.
- Skilled influencer able to communicate complex messages to others. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
- This role will be strategic in nature with a focus on longer term purchase order health as well as rate based analysis and input / output monitoring.
- Lead the Integrated Product Team (product ops / fulfillment / planning / support staff) to support Business Aviation objectives.
- Black Dot Ownership of long term material driven issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 6 years experience in manufacturing fulfillment or program management
