Eldercare is seeking an experiencedLead Educator to join our Learning and Development team.
About The Role
The Lead Educator is a Senior Clinical Educator role with line management and program coordination responsibilities in addition to clinical education and delivery functions. This role supports the Learning and Development Manager by providing leadership and oversight to the education and training team ensuring the effective design delivery and evaluation of high-quality training across clinical care hospitality services and other key operational areas.
The Lead Educator plays a key role in fostering a consistent and integrated approach to training delivery and workforce capability development aligned with Eldercares Learning and Development Framework strategic goals and regulatory obligations.
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine clinical education expertise with leadership and program coordination responsibilitieshelping to shape and strengthen learning outcomes across Eldercare.
