As Designer at our Paris Office you will :
Provide strong forward thinking creativity with the ability and understanding to translate design proposals into products
Contribute to ensure product line is consistent with companys identity and as well as demands and expectations from design director
The contract will be for 6-months ideally starting asap.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Designer you will report to the Collection & Studio Manager. You will play a vital role by:
Creating strong collections according to the direction set out by the creative director across the designated product categories and special projects
Proposing new emerging stylistic trends concepts and potential collaborations
Participating in design process from research stage colour and material choice through to drawings and drapings
Attending fittings and follow-up on finalization and validation of prototypes to SMS
Doing research and competitive benchmark
Maintaining a good working process with cross functional partners such as pattern and product development

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
Academic degree from design and/or textile education
Experience in working within a design studio for at least 4 years preferable from high-end brands
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
Strong research conceptual and creative skills
Good sketching skills understanding and sense of proportions shape colour and material
