AsBusiness Manager to the Founder of PATRIZIA(m/f/d)you will play a key role within ourExecutive OfficeinAugsburg.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist the Founder in preparation of in- & external meetings and events including maintaining external and internal stakeholder relationships and managing issues on behalf of the Founder where appropriate
- Manage the mail inbox of the Founder in close collaboration with the assistant team with a focus on content-driven topics ensuring a structured preparation process for the meetings in the calendar and an in-time and high quality response rate
- Ensure holistic follow up and action management across Founder topics and meetings
- Responsible for being first point of contact and handle complex issues for the Founder and prioritise take the lead and deputise for Founder at meetings where appropriate
- Brief and attend meetings with Founder and take notes and actions as required
- Prepare written and/or verbal reports and ensure Founder is briefed on reports publications and any press/surrounding events
- Responsible for building and managing day to day relationships with in- and external stakeholder offices as well as internal committees
- Manage ad hoc projects for Founder across different subject areas
- Support the Founder on strategic and daily work including business & client planning PAT ArtLab Foundation & PATRIZIA interface and further ad hoc priorities
- Act in the team of the Executive Office serving both the CEO and the Founder and align priorities within the team and perform tasks across the team where required (Focus on Founder)
What we look for:
- Successfully completed studies above average like economics real estate management law or similar one
- 2-4 years experience of working in the investment sector eg. real assets
- International and intercultural experience preferred
- Strong networking and stakeholder relationship building capability
- Knowledge of financial products and commercial transactional experience
- Expert user knowledge of MS Office especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Exceptional organisational skills as well as high level of commitment and solution-orientated
- Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a quick grasp of things
- Very flexible pragmatic and resilient
- Excellent communication skills and above-average social skills
- Business fluent in English and German
