Job Description
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
- Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical and minor electronic faults
- Ensure quick response to breakdowns to minimize production downtime
- Support production team with machine setup alignment calibration and testing
- Collaborate with operators and supervisors to optimize machine performance and reduce recurring issues
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities service reports and equipment performance
- Track spare parts usage and assist in inventory management for maintenance supplies
- Propose and implement equipment or workflow improvements to increase reliability and efficiency
- Assist in installing or upgrading equipment and participate in commissioning and testing
- Adhere to safety protocols data protection and confidentiality requirements particularly in secure document environments
- Technical degree or vocational training in mechatronics industrial maintenance electronics or a related field
- Proven experience in maintaining and repairing industrial or production machinery
- Knowledge of mechanical electrical and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read technical manuals schematics and wiring diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Teamwork and communication skills
