Job Description
Your mission
- Reviewing coding and posting incoming invoices
- Executing payment runs and reconciling accounts payable ledgers
- Communicating with suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
- Preparing and submitting monthly VAT returns
- Maintaining and optimizing accounts payable processes within SAP (FI module)
- Supporting the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Collaborating closely with other departments to improve and further develop accounts payable processes
Your profile
- Completed commercial training ideally with further qualifications in accounting or finance
- At least 2 years of professional experience in accounts payable preferably in a mid-sized or international environment
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
- Practical experience with SAP FI is a plus and will be given preference
- Independent structured and detail-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
