Bachelors degree required (Business Marketing Construction Management Engineering Architecture or related field)
Some prior sales experience is required
Must have background in Construction Engineering Architecture local government or building inspection/code compliance industry
Ability to build trust and strong relationships with clients
Skilled in sales upselling and negotiation
Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships as the primary point of contact
Onboard new clients and ensure their smooth integration with company services
Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to grow accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project delivery and meet client expectations
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
Prepare and analyze reports on client performance revenue and account growth
Advocate for client needs within the company to improve products and services
Negotiate contracts manage renewals and ensure compliance with agreements
Total compensation up to $105000 annually (base salary plus quarterly bonuses based on client management and revenue growth)
