Account Executive Lead/Supervisor Full-Time In-Office Ann Arbor MI

Are you a results-driven sales professional who thrives in a high-energy relationship-based and passionate environment As an Account Executive at Shar Music youll play a key role in helping musicians educators and institutions find the right string instruments and accessories to support their craft.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate leads through various sales techniques including cold calling networking and referrals.
  • Identify and target potential clients for building strong relationships with them and the company.
  • Conduct research to understand clients needs and pain points and develop target solutions to address their challenges.
  • Lead and collaborate with other members of the sales team sharing best practices and strategies.
  • Work in-tandem with the Director of Sales assisting and supporting needs of the sales organization
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build industry knowledge and network with potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Assist with sales events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 13 years of experience in sales account management or customer service

  • 1-3 years of leadership or management experience in sales account management or customer service.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Familiarity with the music industry or musical instruments is a strong advantage
