This full-time position (MondayFriday 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.) reports to the Family Justice Centers Program Manager and serves as a key point of contact at the Centers reception and intake area. The role involves regular interaction with a diverse range of individuals including clients seeking services staff from FJC partner agencies and County personnel.
The Administrative Support Associate provides advanced administrative support to the Intake Navigators Program Manager and helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the Family Justice Center.
Ideal candidates will:
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and a professional kind demeanor
Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook Teams)
Show empathy adaptability and sound judgment under pressure
This position requires that the candidate work well independently and as part of a multi-agency/multi-discipline team.
Purpose of the position: The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support in a variety of functions requiring specialized skills for a particular program or department within the organization.
Minimum Education Training and/or Experience (required at time of hire): High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of five (5) years of progressive office experience including customer service experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Training and Experience: Demonstrated proficiency using computer and programs including Microsoft Office suite at the advanced level including Word Excel Access and PowerPoint.
