Term time only plus three weeks

Are you looking to establish a new role within a dynamic and growing setting
Due to the growing needs of our Academy we are seeking to recruit an Operations Lead to oversee our Estates & Administrative Teams ensuring that our expanding academy thrives operationally. You will need to be a motivated enthusiastic and highly organised individual who embodies excellent people skills the ability to work under pressure and to think creatively with the interests of children with complex additional needs at heart.
Mary Rose Academy is an innovative and passionate Outstanding school and is one of five schools within Solent Academies Trust. We pride ourselves on consistently high standards and expect our staff to share this commitment.
Mary Rose Academy consists of three separate campuses with a fourth due to begin a major refurbishment and extension. A requirement of this role will therefore be to work collaboratively across all campuses. The Lantern Penhale Road Fratton PO1 5EF The Compass Gisors Road PO4 8GT and Craneswater Craneswater Road PO4 0JR.
Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a high level of competency in ICT and administration as well as being a strong communicator.
