We are looking for a Customer Support Analyst fluent in Norwegian and English to join a fast-paced Fintech customer care team. This role is fully remote but available only for candidates based in Sofia Bulgaria. You will provide assistance for money transfer transactions addressing customer inquiries troubleshooting issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
Handle customer queries via phone email or chat regarding money
transfers and payment issuesInvestigate transaction delays errors and account concerns
Guide users through platform processes including KYC account verification and troubleshooting
Escalate complex cases to internal departments as needed
Fluency in Norwegian (C1/C2) and strong command of English (B2 minimum)
Residence in Sofia Bulgaria is mandatory (remote work possible only from Sofia)Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a dynamic performance-driven environment
