Dilawri Group is now actively searching for aUsedCar Sales Managerto join theTriple Seven Chryslerteam!

As a leader of the used car sales team the Used Car Sales Manager is thedriving force behind the dealerships sales Used CarSales Manager is dedicated to motivating their team in order to achieve monthlysales targets and ensuring that all members of the team have the training andresources necessary to be successful in their jobs. As a team player the UsedCar Sales Manager strives to develop collaborative relationships throughout thedealership. The Sales Manager is focused on upholding our dealerships brandvalues and brand standards to create an unparalleled customer experience in thesales department.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive sales manager.

Experience managing teams of at least 5-10 people.

Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills withan upbeat and engaging attitude.

Experience with AutoAlert VAuto 180 and CDK are an asset preferred butnot required.

Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.

Busy work environment and so the Used Car Sales Manager must haveexceptional organizational and stress management skills to complete dailytasks.

The Used Car Sales Manager must be process oriented and able to holdtheir sales team to process standards.

Excellent listening skills.

Self-motivating with excellent work ethic.

Possess a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

Professional demeanor and appearance.

The Used Car Sales Manager must be adaptable to work evenings and weekendshifts as needed.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the salespeople to ensure that they follow up their owners on aplanned contact basis through the company CRM system.

Perform daily one on ones with salespeople to monitor activities andassist with customers.

Ensure that salespeople plan a days work each day through phone callsemails and appointments using the company CRM system.

Work with the salespeople on programs that will increase the new/used cargross.

Ensure that your sales consultants are following the appropriate processand that they are using the tools in place in order to be successful.

Maintain an enthusiastic attitude to build positive Employee attitudesand morale

Work collaboratively with your sales team to drive sales with new andexisting customers.

Review the monthly goals and target with General Managers and discussareas for improvement.

Ensure that your sales consultants are following the appropriate processand that they are using the tools in place in order to be successful.

Perform daily one on ones with salespeople to monitor activities andassist with customers.

Hire motivate counsel and monitor the performance of all new/ usedvehicle sales employees.

Review salespeoples performance as shown on the Sales Consultants Reviewand develop specific training plans to reach their objectives.

Conduct daily and weekly sales training meetings as directed by theGeneral Sales Manager to include completion of all Manufacturer training.

Hold the salespeople accountable in following the dealershipsprospecting program to obtain maximum results through the company CRM system.

Evaluate the performance of salespeople monthly including quarterlyreviews.

Coordinate the function of salespeople with the Service Department PartsDepartment and Business Office.
