Were currently developing Star Citizen a record-breaking multiplayer online space sim and Squadron 42 a cinematic single-player adventure set in the same universe. What Youll Be Doing
Organize and track the legal departments daily intake priorities and timelines
Manage calendars meetings and regulatory deadlines
Collect file and maintain legal records and corporate documentation
Provide administrative support such as scheduling note-taking document prep and inbox monitoring
Assist with budgeting tasks including vendor invoices and expense tracking
Coordinate communications with external authorities and regulatory bodies
Support internal teams with cross-departmental legal coordination and project management
Maintain legal systems databases and repositories including contracts insurance policies and corporate records
What Were Looking For
Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
High attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Workspace and cloud-based systems
Experience with contract administration or document management
A proactive discreet and dependable team player
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience in an administrative role ideally in a legal entertainment or tech environment
Familiarity with legal tools like DocuSign or contract database platforms
Experience working with intellectual property compliance or licensing
An associate degree or equivalent education and experience
