Were looking for a high-performing Sales Account Executive to lead our presence in the Flower Mound market. This role is ideal for someone who understands suburban buyer behavior thrives in a relationship-driven sales environment and brings deep knowledge of the DFW market. Youll be the face of Homebound locally building trust delivering outstanding service and driving sales from first meeting through contract.
This role requires you to be located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with regular in-person client meetings and community engagement.
Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners interested in purchasing a home in Flower Mound
Build local visibility by maintaining updated listings across MLS and partner sites and collaborating with the internal team to convert inbound leads
Actively generate traffic through realtor partnerships community networking and outreach efforts
Coordinate with Marketing to plan and execute events or campaigns that drive local engagement and interest
Ensure model homes and community spaces reflect Homebounds high standards for presentation and client experience
Manage and promote quick-move-in inventory to meet sales goals and ensure availability aligns with buyer demand
Stay informed on local competitors pricing and offerings to position Homebound effectively in the market
Lead clients through site visits presentations and contract execution using tools like Salesforce and MLS to manage the process
Provide a high-touch customer experience from first interaction through financing and closing partnering with internal teams as needed
4 years of sales experience in new homes sales with a strong closing record
Proven knowledge of Title & Escrow and real estate contracts
Skilled at building community and agent relationships in the DFW suburbs
Comfortable running in-person sales meetings and site visits with minimal oversight
Proficient in CRM systems MLS tools and standard office software
Self-motivated goal-driven and passionate about helping families build their dream homes
