Job Description
Staff Management Group is seeking a Production Worker for our client in Millville NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 6:30AM - 3:30PM
- Monday - Friday
- Plus Overtime
Pay Rate:
- $18 / hour
Job Summary:
The Production Workers will be responsible for working on the production line placing meat slices in plastic trays packing trays and sealing cartons at the end of the line.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment
- Assemble and prepare goods for shipment
- Complete quality assurance testing on goods and products
- Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in warehouses
- Organize inventory in an easy-to-access process
- Move materials or completed products and packages to established locations
Job Requirements:
- MUST be bilingual (English AND Spanish)
- Must have at least 3 years prior experience
- Ability to follow directions accurately
- Attention to detail and organization skills
