Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Operations Management
- Develop and implement daily operational plans for logistics client services and data analytics.
- Monitor KPIs (on-time delivery cost per shipment revenue growth) and execute corrective actions.
2. Financial Oversight
- Own budgeting forecasting and cost-control initiatives.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly operational and financial reports to senior leadership.
3. Team Leadership & HR
- Recruit onboard train and mentor a high-performing team of operations and support staff.
- Conduct performance reviews coach managers and lead employee relations efforts.
4. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies and government regulations (DOT IATA customs).
- Lead safety programs risk assessments and annual audits.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with vendors service providers and internal departments to drive process improvements.
- Safeguard company reputation by maintaining confidentiality and upholding core values.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors in Logistics Transportation Management Business or equivalent experience
- Experience:10 years in operations or logistics management
- Regulatory Knowledge: DOT IATA customs dangerous goods regulations ISO standards global trade compliance
- Technical Proficiency: MS Office; ERP/TMS systems Power BI Tableau data-driven decision tools
- Leadership Credentials: Proven team leadership and coaching skills
