Job Title: QA/QC Site Supervisor

Flynn Group of Companies is seeking an experienced QA/QC Site Supervisor to join their QA/QC site inspection team. Reporting to the Facades Specialist The QA/QC Site Supervisor will oversee quality assurance and quality control activities on Flynns project sites ensuring that installation meets project specifications and quality standards. The QA/QC Site Supervisor will lead a team of QA/QC Inspectors providing guidance and support to drive continuous improvement within Flynns quality program.

A Day in the Life:
-Supervise and support QA/QC Inspectors in executing day-to-day quality control inspections and related tasks.
-Supervise and actively support QA/QC Inspectors with any quality control site issues as they arise.
-Develop implement and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans and inspection checklists; ensure alignment with client requirements and project specifications.
-Review and interpret drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with quality standards.
-Conduct ongoing quality audits of projects to verify compliance with Flynns QA/QC Program.
-Participate in weekly meetings with internal teams to review inspection findings and site issues.
-Conduct quality control inspections if needed.
-All other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
-Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role.
-Completion of Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma.
-Previous experience in curtain wall/architectural cladding considered a strong asset.
-Strong understanding of quality assurance and quality control processes for design and construction.
-Strong analytical risk assessment and problem solving skills.
-Strong communication and organization skills.
-Previous experience with Bluebeam and CAD.
-Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required.
-Must have a valid G license.
