Be a key driver of operational excellence and performance optimisation within our Chief Technology Office and AI Transformation (CTO&AI) this exciting role youll work collaboratively across all CTO&AI teams to enhance our operational performance and support the implementation of initiatives aligned to our strategic missions.
What youll do
- Provide analysis and recommendations for effective domain-wide planning financial management resource management and governance
- Develop implement and monitor process improvement opportunities including supporting uplift in AI related processes and practices
- Contribute to CTO&AIs operational reporting to support financial performance workforce planning risk management and the tracking of performance metrics
- Support ways-of-working standardisation across CTO&AI teams leveraging agile and scaled delivery frameworks knowledge management service catalogues and continuous improvement practices
- Provide guidance and training for teams on updates to processes governance standards and guardrails
- Collaborate closely with our internal teams and external partners to fostering clear communication and positive culture
What youll bring
- Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology and/or Business or equivalent industry experience (desired)
- Minimum 5 years experience within Technology or associated functions
- Operational performance management and project experience
- Proven strong relationship management experience
- Knowledge/experience in the application of Agile and Lean approaches
