NeuroStim TMS Centers Washingtons leading provider of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy is seeking a part-time TMS Technician to join our growing team! This is a float role supporting multiple clinics (Lacey Lakewood Federal Way and Port Orchard) perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic patient-centered environment.

About the Role
As a TMS Technician youll be trained to deliver in-office treatments and provide compassionate consistent care to our patients. Youll work closely with our providers and clinical team handling both clinical responsibilities and light administrative tasks.
What Youll Do:
- Administer TMS therapy (training provided)
- Build trust with patients and support them through their treatment journey
- Educate prospective patients on what TMS is and how it works
- Manage patient scheduling and documentation
- Ensure a calm safe and supportive treatment environment
- Complete administrative tasks such as updating medical records managing leads and reporting activity
- Float between assigned clinic locations as needed
- Follow all HIPAA and office compliance standards
Youre a Great Fit If You Have:
- 2 years of related clinical experience (CNA MA PCT CMT etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and a calm empathetic presence
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and electronic health records
- Experience working with or operating medical/mechanical equipment
- Interest in behavioral health and a patient-first mindset
Bonus Points for Experience In:
- EHR platforms
- Insurance processes
- Psychology or related coursework
- Clinical interviewing
- Holding a Bachelors degree (especially in psychology)
- BLS Certification

- Comfortable being on your feet for most of the shift

Schedule & Benefits
- Part-time 2030 hours per week
- Clinics operate MondayFriday 7:30 a.m. 5:30 p.m. (schedule may vary slightly by location)
- Travel between Lacey Lakewood Federal Way and Port Orchard required
- Pay: $21.00 $24.00 per hour based on experience and growth potential
