Job #1415 Production Worker Metal Processing
Location: Ardmore OK
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Shifts: Day Shift: Mon - Fri 8 am - 4:30pm/6:30pm Night Shift: TBD
***Working in EXTREME high-temperature areas***
Company Overview:
Our Ardmore facility is a warehouse/mill focused on processing metals using high-temperature furnace technologies. We are growing and looking for dependable team members who are committed to safety teamwork and continuous improvement.
Position Summary:
We are currently hiring full-time Production Workers to support furnace and mill operations. This is a hands-on role in an industrial environment that requires attention to detail physical stamina and a strong work ethic. Ideal candidates are well-rounded adaptable and comfortable working both day and night shifts.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor furnace equipment and material handling systems
Load/unload raw materials and finished products
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance
Monitor temperature timing and quality metrics
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and PPE requirements
Record production data accurately and clearly
Assist with cleanup and preparation of equipment
Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members
Qualifications:
Prior industrial warehouse or mill experience preferred but not required
Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (including nights weekends holidays)
Physically able to lift 50 lbs stand for long periods and work in high-temperature areas
Strong work ethic punctuality and reliability
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Forklift or heavy equipment experience is a plus
