Modivcare is looking for an experienced Credentialing Services Specialist III to join our this role you will be responsible for managing the administrative credentialing process to ensure fulfillment of insurance requirements and the credentialing of sub-contractor vehicles and drivers. You will support compliance with all applicable regulations and maintain documentation that meets contract standards.
This role
Collects and verifies documentation for provider credentialing including licenses and certifications.
Maintains and audits provider documents in an electronic filing system to ensure contract compliance.
Communicates with outside agencies via email phone and other channels.
Prepares weekly reports for management and may resolve complex credentialing issues.
Ensures compliance with applicable laws regulations and agency rules.
Maintains accurate and timely data entry into relevant databases.
Collaborates across departments to meet credentialing-related contractual obligations.
Recommends process improvements to management and the Credentialing Services team.
Provides guidance and knowledge-sharing support to entry-level credentialing staff.
Stays current on industry regulations accreditation standards and internal procedures.
Participates in additional projects or duties as assigned.
We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following
High School Diploma required.
Two (2) or more years of experience in an administrative assistant or similar role.
Or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
In-depth knowledge of credentialing processes and regulatory standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective organizational and time-management abilities.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Salary: Starting at $21.64/hr
