Are you passionate about numbers and love working in a fast-paced dynamic environment Do you have an eye for detail and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes Freeman Motor Company is looking for a detail-oriented proactive Deal Administrator to join our growing team and help ensure every vehicle deal is processed accurately and efficiently.
What Youll Do
As a key part of our back-office operations youll be responsible for a variety of tasks related to sold vehicles including:
Processing deals from start to finish ensuring compliance and accuracy
Managing trade payoffs funding CIT and vehicle receivables
Assisting with inventory processes and DMV-related documentation
Processing aftermarket product sales for payment
Supporting ongoing projects and contributing to system improvements
What Were Looking For
