Grade UE04: 25733 to 28381 per annum plus 5% Premium band
CSG / Accommodation Catering and Events
Full-Time: 35 hours per week 5 over 7 days including weekends
Open-ended (permanent)

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional breakfast experiences Do you have a passion for Hospitality We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Breakfast Manager to lead our breakfast service team and ensure our guests start their day on a perfect note.
Join our dynamic team by working in our hotels part of the University of Edinburgh. We are renowned for our warm hospitality and culinary excellence. In this role you will:
- Continuously look to improve our standards and deliver world class hospitality.
- Become an integral part of our existing food & Beverage team with a desire to succeed in delivering our values.
- Use your upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities.
To succeed in this busy role you will need strong multi- tasking skills excellent commercial awareness and a real eye for detail. You will have experience in busy front facing customer service environment a hospitality background and deal with customers in a professional manner.
