About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to complete high-quality residential painting projects inside and out with professionalism and care.
Reporting directly to the Leading Hand your day-to-day will include:
- Working respectfully and courteously in clients homes
- Collaborating with team members to meet project timelines
- Using a check-in/check-out app for timekeeping and job tracking
- Following safety procedures and maintaining a tidy work environment
- Carrying out detailed painting work with a focus on clean high-end finishes
About You
You will bring:
- Trade qualifications in painting and decorating
- A reliable respectful and team-focused attitude
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft
- A valid drivers licence and your own reliable transport
- Experience using mobile job apps (preferred but not essential)
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a qualified residential painter
