Job Description
Cedar Park Group is seeking an experienced and driven Construction Supervisor to oversee projects up to $10 million in value. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in construction management strong leadership skills and be highly proficient in Procore software. This is a full-time on-site position with no weekend hours offering long-term stability with a well-established company.
Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all phases of construction from start to finish
Coordinate subcontractors materials and site schedules
Monitor project progress and report updates to management
Maintain compliance with safety standards and building codes
Ensure quality workmanship and timely project delivery
Utilize Procore for documentation scheduling budgeting and reporting
Communicate with stakeholders clients and teams effectively
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
Proven experience managing projects valued up to $10 million
Proficiency in Procore construction management software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of OSHA safety protocols
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Preferred:
OSHA 30 certification
Experience in both commercial and institutional construction settings
