LEAD COPYWRITER CRM
Are you a passionate storyteller looking to build on your story Are you a team player who collaborates to make digital experiences more meaningful And are you ready to take your writing career to the next level Merkle is looking for a Lead Copywriter to join our Experience Creative Group on the Promotions Loyalty and Messaging team. As a Lead Copywriter youll help create brand narratives through performance-driven CRM messaging including email text and push tied to loyalty programs gamification and experiential digital promotions. You will report to a Group Creative Director and partner with art directors designers and other creatives.
- You can shape compelling brand narratives from concept to execution.
- You bring groundbreaking creative ideas that connect with audiences across all channels.
- You understand multiple CRM channels and know how to tailor inspiring copy for each of them.
- You not only love the brand story and the strategy and tech enablement behind it
- You have experience in retail QSR CPG crafting digital experiences
- You collaborate engage and receive feedback from team members.
- You can sell work to our teams and client partners
Qualifications
- 7 years minimum experience in marketing copywriting
- CRM/email writing experience of best practices
- Experience in strategic copywriting for CRM and loyalty and promotions work a plus
- Experience across multiple media including email SMS/MMS push notifications social and landing pages
- Bachelors degree in marketing advertising or related field ; in lieu of degree equivalent experience in CRM field
Additional Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $51000 $83375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience knowledge skills and other factors permitted by law.
