Job Description

Description

The Department of CV Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester is seeking an outstanding BC/BE noninvasive cardiologist. For this high volume tertiary practice the selected candidate will have expertise in primary and secondary cardiovascular disease prevention evaluation and management of a wide range of cardiovascular diseases practice to include pericardial and sarcoid clinic heart failure / myocarditis and hospital service. Teaching students residents fellows and engaging scholarly activities are expected in accordance with the Mayo Clinic Model of Care. The ideal candidate will have a strong research and clinical interest in pericardial and inflammatory myocardial diseases with expertise in multimodality imaging and advanced heart failureto progress this area of our practice.



Qualifications

Qualifications:Candidates must be BC/BE in cardiovascular medicine and post fellowship training required inAdvanced Heart Failure and Advanced Echo / Cardiac Imaging to includetraining in multi-modality imaging. Must be able to obtain MN state medical license.
