About New Teacher Academy:
Mission: New Teacher Academy will equip its teachers with the tools knowledge and resources necessary to thrive during their first year of teaching.
Vision: The vision for the New Teacher Academy is to ensure that every novice teacher in Chelsea Public Schools receives quality professional development and support so that they become teachers who are confident in their practice build strong relationships with students and provide exceptional instruction for all students.
About Teacher Pathway Program:
Mission: The Teacher Pathway Program aims to recruit develop and retain a diverse group of educators who reflect the backgrounds and experiences of our students and their families.
Vision: The Teacher Pathway Program envisions the development and cultivation of diverse educators in CPS who will be effective in their professional practice. It aims to provide diverse educators with opportunities for growth and advancement in their careers therefore improving the retention of diverse teachers throughout the district
