Nordic Light Hotel har 169 rum samt 15 konferenslokaler och restaurangen Lykke. Vi r en del av Nordic Hotels & Resorts som i sin tur gs av Strawberry. Nordic Hotels & Resorts bestr av en grupp fristende livsstilshotell ssom At Six HOBO Amerikalinjen The Thief Yasuragi Villa Copenhagen med flera.

Arbetet i reception sker bde i ett starkt team men ocks en hel del enskillt arbete vilket innebr att kommunikation och prioritering r egenskaper vi vrdestter hgt.

Nu sker vi en Supervisor till Reception och Konferens - Front Office & Conference Supervisor. Som Supervisor ansvarar du i driften i receptionen och konferensen. Du ansvarar fr personal p avdelningen gst- och personalnjdhet samt skerhet- och rutinskerstllande. Du rapporterar till Front Office & Conference Manager. Tjnsten r helt i drift med ett rullande schema som strcker sig var tredje helg.

Tillsammans med din avdelningschef ser du till att avdelningarna levererar mot ml leder utveckling fr fretaget och fr dina kollegor.

Som Supervisor arbetar du ttt tillsammans med alla medarbetare p hotellets samtliga avdelningar. Ihop strvar vi fr att ge gsten en upplevelse ver frvntan vilket ger dig mjlighet att stndigt utvecklas. Vi arbetar som en helhet vilket ger dig stora mjligheter att lra dig flera nya omrden. Alla medarbetare har ett vergripande ansvar fr att frmedla vr unika service och knsla till alla som besker oss fr att skapa stunder som ger oss terkommande gster och f kollegor att stanna.

Vem r du

• Du har gott om energi engagemang och motivation
• Du r ordningsam strukturerad och ppen i din kommunikation
• Du besitter ledaregenskaper dr medarbetare ser upp till ditt stt att leda och arbeta
• Du har erfarenhet av hotell i reception och/eller konferens
• Du trivs med att jobba mot ml och utsatta targets
• Du arbetar stabilt i ett hgt tempo dr du aldrig drar ner din hga serviceniv
• Du jobbar bra bde sjlvstndigt samtidigt som du lgger stor vikt vid bra kommunikation med dina kollegor
• Du kommunicerar bra p de nordiska sprken samt engelska d vi har mycket internationella gster
• Du r nyfiken och tar ansvar fr dig egen samt dina kollegors utveckling
• Erfarenhet av Strawberry och bokningssystemet Mews r en merit
