Our inventory includes tents tables chairs food service items moonwalks helium tanks and much more. We also offer set-up and breakdown services to make event planning as easy as possible.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly organized and customer-focused Rental Agent to join our team. As a Rental Agent you will be the first point of contact for clients helping them select the right equipment for their events preparing rental agreements coordinating deliveries and ensuring every rental experience is smooth and successful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person over the phone and via email
- Recommend rental equipment based on event needs and inventory availability
- Prepare accurate rental quotes contracts and invoices
- Schedule equipment deliveries pickups and optional setup services
- Answer questions about inventory pricing availability and policies
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment
- Process payments deposits and rental agreements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and rental details
- Ensure a clean organized and customer-ready showroom
- Promote additional services (e.g. set-up/breakdown helium tanks)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree a plus)
- 1 years of customer service retail or rental experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with basic computer systems email and point-of-sale software
- Positive attitude team player and a genuine desire to help others
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Compensation:
$16 $20 per hour based on experience
$41000 annually for full-time roles

Work Schedule:
