What Youll Do:
Driving improvements inOverall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)andRolled Throughput Yield (RTY)
Coordinating the installation and upgrade of manufacturing equipment
Organizing and delivering training sessions for production and maintenance teams
Designing efficient process flows and equipment layouts for production lines
Participating in customer incident analysis and working with Quality to reduceParts Per Million (PPM)
SupportingNew Product Introduction (NPI)initiatives
Collaborating withHealth Safety and Environment (HSE)to resolve safety issues
Assisting the maintenance team in ensuring equipment reliability
Defining and implementing error-proofing devices with the Quality department
Managing critical tooling lists and updating equipment documentation
LeadingKAIZENand continuous improvement initiatives
Promoting best practices and process standardization
Participating in internal audits to ensure compliance and quality
