Job Description
- Equipment Planning & Allocation
- Analyze project requirements and allocate equipment across sites accordingly
- Coordinate with site teams for equipment mobilization and availability
- Equipment Monitoring & Maintenance
- Monitor machinery performance and usage to minimize downtime
- Manage maintenance schedules repairs and preventive checks
- Maintain comprehensive records for fuel service and breakdowns
- Logistics & Compliance
- Supervise loading unloading transport and storage of heavy equipment
- Assist in procurement/rental and ensure documentation and vendor compliance
- Enforce safety regulations and site protocols for equipment handling
- Coordination & Vendor Management
- Liaise with vendors contractors and internal departments for equipment support
- Train operators and monitor handling practices to ensure safety and efficiency
- Provide regular reports to senior management on equipment KPIs
Key Skills Required
- In-depth knowledge of heavy civil construction machinery (excavators cranes dozers etc.)
- Fleet and equipment scheduling across multiple projects
- Maintenance planning and breakdown troubleshooting
- Proficiency in ERP/CMMS systems (preferred) MS Office
- Strong communication and team coordination
