Job Title: QA and Deployment Specialist RTRM (Amdocs Openet)
Job Location: Brampton ON - hybrid
Mode: Contract
Contract: 06 months
Job Description:
Manages RTRM deployments readiness RCA and rollback mechanism
Business configuration for launch of new business plans and testing
Collaborates with Rogers for environment-specific deployments
Support CCB (Change Control Board) for impact analysis
Test planning & execution as per the business & functional requirements.
Maintains regression packs; executes test cycles before production release
Conducts end-to-end UAT with SIMs/devices in the lab; validates the system functions with respect to prepaid wireless services
Monitors post-deployment behavior
