Senior HR Executive (Remote North America)

What Youll Do
- Talent Management & Acquisition Lead full-cycle recruiting workforce planning and onboarding initiatives for purpose-led clients and projects.
- Client Relations & Engagement Provide strategic guidance on retention training and culture-building in remote-first environments.
- Performance & Development Create actionable development plans design high-performance frameworks and support career growth.
- Professional Change & Culture Consulting Drive change initiatives and support clients in aligning values with scalable human-first practices and success education principals.
- Learning & Development Advocacy Champion mindset leadership and performance coaching tools that support confidence resilience and self-leadership.
What You Bring
- 5 years of progressive HR experience (talent acquisition onboarding professional mentoring or similar) ideally in multi-state or global settings.
- Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders executives and aligning personal and professional strategy with business goals.
- Proficiency in interpreting HR data compliance metrics and driving process improvements.
- Confidence in digital platforms (Zoom LinkedIn email marketing CRM tools etc..
- A strong online presence or the willingness to develop one; and the ability to share your voice authentically.
- Exceptional communication coaching and storytelling skills.
